We have specialized in reorganizing and continuing crisis-ridden companies of various branches and size classes. With 20 attorneys-at–law, among them 9 insolvency practitioners, and an entire team of 70 employees, we rank among the largest reorganization and administration units in Central Germany.
We have gained our expertise during more than 25 years of practical experience. Thus, we have focused our fields of action on the reorganization, restructuring, insolvency administration and legal consultation of business companies.

Determined by our customers’ requirements, a great number of business economists, tax consultants, public auditors and attorneys, who are closely linked to us, effectively work together in cross-disciplinary specialist teams.

Together with more than 900 cooperation partners, we are in a position to solve the challenges of reorganization projects and insolvency proceedings in Germany, most European countries and even throughout the world in a competent and practice-oriented manner – regionally, transregionally and transnationally.

In particular, advice on reorganization, business management during reorganization (Chief Restructuring Officer, CRO), the creation of insolvency plans, the development of reorganization scenarios, negotiations with banks and other creditors as well as the organization of M&A processes are part of our service portfolio. We work out fiscal and financial reorganization concepts in collaboration with our clients, of course also according to IDW S6 (Standard N° 6, German Institute of Public Auditors). We develop integrated liquidity and revenue plans and monitor them by target/actual comparisons. In doing so, we always take care that our clients will not walk into the traps of liability or penal law. Tax consultants, public auditors, business consultants and legal advisers of endangered business companies may rely on us as experienced and cooperativecontact persons within specific insolvency scenarios. The sooner we come on board, the better will be the chances of rescuing the troubled business company.
