Insolvency administration has been our original line of work for more than 25 years. Our expertise comprises insolvency proceedings of any size and in numerous branches.
We always lay the focus on safeguarding the existing structural assets and finally the jobs involved. We continue business companies during the ongoing insolvency proceedings wherever it is possible and reasonable; thus we establish the basis for successfully reorganizing small, medium-sized and large enterprises. In doing so, we have acquired extraordinary expert knowledge with regard to both establishing legally reliable insolvency plans and implementing them in a practice-oriented manner.

At present, 9 insolvency practitioners are regularly appointed by more than 15 insolvency courts in the Federal Republic of Germany. All in all, 20 attorneys-at-law and an entire team of more than 70 highly-skilled employees, a great many of them holding university degrees in law and/or business administration, make us one of the larger insolvency units in Central Germany and enable us to master complex insolvency proceedings.

For this reason, the attorneys-at–law of REINHARDT & KOLLEGEN are regularly appointed as (preliminary) insolvency practitioners, (preliminary) creditors’ trustees and receivers. Within the framework of protective umbrella and other self-administration proceedings (i.e. ESUG-proceedings subject to the German Law regarding Facilitations as to the Reorganization of Enterprises) as well as in the field of classical receivership, we are entrusted with regional, transregional and transnational proceedings. Due to our expert knowledge of insolvency law, we also supervise business companies in ESUG-proceedings as Chief Reorganization Officers or Chief Restructuring Officers (CRO).

We place particular emphasis on dealing with legal matters in an international context. In doing so, we are supported by more than 900 national and 140 international cooperation partners (tax advisors, public auditors and business consultants) all over the word.
